I was delighted to be asked onto BBC Front Row on the 19th August to talk about the exhibition Love, Art, Loss: The Wives of Stanley Spencer at the Spencer Gallery in Cookham, discussing the show with Samira Ahmed. Spencer is one of my favourite artists and I have visited the gallery many times, but never in the guise of BBC reporter. Despite Covid restrictions it was a wonderful place to be for the day. I walked around – to the Thames and the churchyard too.
